Scope
These terms apply to cyberprotech.pt and to pages, resources, downloads, forms and public digital services that expressly refer to them. Subdomains, authenticated platforms, partner services and CyberComply™ may have their own terms, which prevail within their respective scope.
Where a proposal, order, contract, service-level agreement, authorized instruction or special condition exists, those documents govern the contracted service and prevail in the event of incompatibility, without prejudice to mandatory rules.
Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in a manner compatible with its purpose.
- Do not attempt to access areas, data or functions without authorization.
- Do not interfere with availability, security, monitoring or operation.
- Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or circumvent access controls.
- Do not use content or resources to infringe third-party rights.
Resources and downloads
Some resources are made available immediately, while others require data proportionate to the applicable access level. The data requested is used for delivery, security, recording and follow-up as described in the Privacy Policy.
Resources and automated results are support tools. They must be adapted, confirmed and approved before operational use; the version, sources, assumptions, uncertainties and limitations presented form part of their context.
Incident-support requests
The public CSIRT form is an entry point for triage and initial support. Submission does not, by itself, constitute the engagement of a service, a guarantee of immediate intervention or an official notification to the competent authorities.
Where there is an obligation or decision to notify, the official communication must be made through the competent authority's channel and within the applicable time limit. Cyberprotech may support preparation and submission where there is a mandate, sufficient information and client validation, without assuming decisions that legally or contractually belong to the client.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content and functionality where necessary for editorial, technical, legal or security reasons. Where appropriate, we seek to preserve URLs and redirect replaced content.
Warranties and liability
The website, content and public guidance are provided as they stand, without any guarantee of automatic suitability for a specific purpose. No cybersecurity measure, monitoring activity or service guarantees zero risk; outcomes depend on the agreed scope, dependencies, information and collaboration.
The limitations in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
